Farm / Livestock Visits
Farm & Livestock Veterinary Services
Our fully equipped mobile unit brings professional veterinary care directly to your farm — same qualified vets, same standard of care, delivered where your animals actually live.
Whether you have a small backyard flock, a dairy operation, or a mixed farm, we are here to keep your animals healthy, your productivity up, and your operation running smoothly.
We Understand What’s at Stake
Farm animals are a livelihood. A sick cow, an infected flock, or an outbreak that spreads through your herd is not just an animal welfare issue — it is a financial one. It affects your income, your family, and the people who depend on what you produce.
When we visit your farm, we consider the whole picture — your herd, your operation, and your bottom line.
- Veterinary care on a farm is an investment, not just an expense
- Prevention costs far less than treating an outbreak
- Healthy animals are productive animals
- Consistent care builds a stronger herd over time

What We Do on Farm Visits
No two farms are the same, and we do not treat them that way. From routine prevention to urgent care, here is what we help with.
Routine Health Checks & Herd Assessments
Thorough checks on individual animals or full herd assessments, looking for early signs of illness, nutritional deficiencies, or anything developing before it becomes a bigger problem.
Vaccinations & Disease Prevention
A vaccination schedule tailored to your animals, your region, and your specific risks — administered on-site.
Diagnosis & Treatment of Illness
We carry diagnostic equipment and treatments on every visit to assess, diagnose, and begin treatment the same day where possible. Respiratory, digestive, hoof problems, parasitic infections — we handle it all.
Deworming & Parasite Control
One of the most common and costly farm problems — and one of the most manageable. We set up a deworming programme suited to your animals and environment.
Reproductive Health & Breeding Support
Pregnancy diagnosis, assistance during difficult births, treatment of reproductive conditions, and guidance on improving breeding outcomes.
Nutritional Guidance
Practical feeding advice based on your animals, your setup, and what they actually need to grow, produce, and stay healthy.
Post-Treatment Follow-Up Visits
We schedule follow-ups to confirm treatment is working, adjust where needed, and ensure your animals are genuinely on the mend.
Health Certificates & Documentation
Health certificates and documentation for livestock movement, sale, or export where required.
Emergency Farm Calls
A difficult birth, a sudden illness, an animal in obvious distress — some things cannot wait. We prioritise emergency calls and get to you as quickly as possible. If you think it is an emergency, call us right away.
Working With You, Not Just For You
You already know your animals. You notice when something is off, who is eating, who is lagging behind. That knowledge is valuable, and we want to work with it. When we visit your farm, we want a conversation — tell us what you have noticed and what has been worrying you. The more we understand your setup, the better we can support you.
A Few Things Farmers Often Ask Us
1. Do you cover areas outside Kampala?
We are primarily based in Kampala but do cover surrounding areas. Give us a call and let us know where you are — we will do our best to reach you.
2. How quickly can you get to us in an emergency?
We treat farm emergencies as a priority. Response time depends on your location, but we will always be upfront about arrival time and what to do in the meantime.
3. Can you help with a whole herd, or just individual animals?
Both. We carry out individual treatment as well as whole-herd health programmes.
4. We have never had a vet visit our farm before — where do we start?
Start with a call. We will discuss your farm, your animals, and what you need, then arrange an initial visit.
5. Do you provide documentation for animals being sold or transported?
Yes. We provide health certificates and documentation for livestock movement, sale, or export where required.
