For pets showing signs of plaque build-up, bad breath, or gum discomfort. Includes a full oral health assessment and professional dental cleaning under safe anaesthesia.

Emergency Consultation

For pets experiencing sudden illness, injury, unusual behaviour, or any condition requiring urgent medical attention. Please call us immediately if your pet is in critical condition.

How do I book an appointment at Rafiki Veterinary Clinic?

You can request an appointment through our online booking form, call us directly, or visit the clinic in person. We recommend booking in advance for routine check-ups, though we do accommodate urgent and emergency cases as a priority.

What should I bring to my pet’s first appointment?

For new patients, please bring any previous medical records, vaccination history, and a list of any medications your pet is currently taking. Arriving 20 minutes early helps us complete your pet’s profile before the consultation.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. This gives us a chance to update your pet’s file and helps keep our schedule running smoothly for all patients.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes. We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient in need.

What types of animals do you treat?

Rafiki Veterinary Clinic treats a wide range of animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, Farm Live stock and small mammals. Please contact us in advance if you have an exotic or less common pet so we can confirm the right care for them.
